Hill training

Yesterday I went on a nice 3-1/2 hour ride with Annette out to the Hollywood hill and through the neighborhood called Tuscany. I should have GPS'd the route because it was a good one. We did hill efforts which seemed hard even though I just got back from doing hills on vacation. I think the difference was the intensity. It was one of those rides that got better as I went. We started at 1pm which meant it was around 5 at the finish. I took the trail home and it was crazy with people. I found a nice wheel to follow home - an orange fixed gear Masi - very smooth. I asked if it was OK to draft. It made the ride home very quick and efficient. Thanks whoever. :)
